Return and exchange policy 

  • Return and Exchange within two days from delivered time, a request for return & exchange is made through the website in the return request field.

  • Items must be in packing condition including original tag
  • Customer will be responsible for any fees involved in return and exchange service
  • The specified period for the shipping company to receive the shipment from the customer is five days, and when it is not delivered, an extra 48-hour deadline will be given to the customer to ship the order himself To the branch.

  • If the period specified exceeded without delivering the order to the courier, the request will be considered canceled.

  • Refund of money takes from 2 to 7 working days from the date of arrival of the goods to the store and after ensuring their condition and compliance with the policy.
